Objectives:
1) to form ecological awareness;
2) to form student's cooperativeness, effectivness in
planning, mutual support, reliability.
3) to teach search techniques in data-collection;
4) to form competence in cognitive activity, ablility to
anticipate problems and defermine focus questions.
5) to deepen knowledge of the topic "Environmental
protection".
Tasks:
1) be taught strategies of copying with difficulties; ability to assess themselves;
2) to increase awareness of different terms on the topic;
3) to extend vocabulary on the topic.
Methods of research:
1) to collect data about flora and fauna of the Biosphere Astrakhan Reserve;
2) to analyse the activities of Astrakhan fourist firms;
3) to recognise geographical and ecological features;
4) to stimulate discussion on the topic "Environmental protection".
